Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure SumUp payment gateway. All transactions are PCI-compliant and encrypted with 256-bit SSL.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven’t entered the processing stage. After that, our team has already begun hand-inspecting and packaging your items. Please email support@elitecardassets.com immediately if you need to make changes.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and applied at checkout in compliance with local regulations. Tax-exempt customers should contact us before placing their order with valid documentation.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We never store your card details on our servers. All payments are handled through SumUp’s PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway with end-to-end encryption. Your sensitive data is processed entirely on SumUp’s secure infrastructure.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $149. For orders under $149, standard shipping is $7.99, express shipping is $14.99, and overnight shipping is $29.99. We double-box every order with collector-grade packaging at no extra charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. All international orders are shipped with full tracking and insurance.

How are orders packaged?

Every order is hand-inspected and packaged in our signature double-boxed, collector-grade packaging. Sealed products are cushioned with custom-fit foam inserts to prevent any movement during transit. We guarantee your items arrive in the same condition they left our warehouse.

What carriers do you use?

We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the shipping method selected and package dimensions. Express and overnight orders ship via UPS or FedEx. All shipments include full tracking that updates at every scan point.

Products & Authenticity

Are all your products genuine and factory sealed?

Yes — 100%. Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorized distributors and verified for authenticity. All sealed products are factory sealed with original manufacturer shrink wrap intact. We are an authorized retailer for all brands we carry.

What is a “Pre-Order” and how does it work?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming products at a locked-in price before their official release date. Your card is charged at the time of ordering to secure your allocation. Pre-order items ship on or within 1–3 business days of the official release date, in the order they were received.

What does “Sealed Case” mean?

A sealed case is a factory-sealed master carton that contains multiple booster boxes (typically 6 for Pokémon/MTG or 12 for Yu-Gi-Oh!/One Piece). Cases are the best value per box and are guaranteed to be untampered, unweighed, and in pristine condition with original manufacturer packaging.

Do you weigh or search booster boxes?

Never. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against weighing, searching, or tampering with any sealed products. All items ship in their original, factory-sealed condition. This is fundamental to our brand promise and collector-grade guarantee.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all sealed products that are returned in their original, unopened condition. Opened or damaged products cannot be returned. Please see our full Refund Policy page for complete details.

How do I initiate a return?

Email support@elitecardassets.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 24 hours. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
