1. Overview
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Due to the nature of Trading Card Games, all returned products must remain in their original, factory-sealed condition. Opened or tampered products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely sealed, undamaged, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship.
3. Process
Contact our support team to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
