1. Processing Time

All orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders due to a new release, shipments might be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are dynamically calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days (Free over $149)
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are shipped to arrive precisely on or very shortly after the official release date. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship together once all items are available. We recommend placing separate orders if you want in-stock items immediately.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Elite Card Assets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
