Return Policy Overview
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all sealed, unopened products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Sealed Products: Must be in original, factory-sealed condition with shrink wrap intact
- Packaging: Original manufacturer packaging must be undamaged
- Timeframe: Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date
- Proof of Purchase: Valid order number or receipt required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or unsealed products (broken shrink wrap)
- Products with damaged or missing manufacturer packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Gift cards and promotional items
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Our Team: Email support@elitecardassets.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Your RMA: We'll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours.
- Pack & Ship: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the box. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Return Confirmed: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Important: Returns shipped without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed. Please always wait for your RMA before shipping.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you get the fastest processing time and locks in your replacement while stock is available.
For pre-order exchanges, please contact us before the release date so we can transfer your allocation to the new product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Photos of the shipping packaging (inner and outer box)
We will arrange a free return shipping label and send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — your choice.
